✅ Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

- In "Like-New" Resalable Condition – No visible signs of use, scratches, or odors.

- Clean & Fur-Free – Please ensure the item is wiped down and free of cat hair or litter traces.

- Original Packaging – With all tags and original box included.

To receive a full refund, please ensure the item is returned in its original, resalable condition. Items returned with significant damage or missing parts may result in a partial refund.

📦 How to Return

1 Contact our customer support at info@bonvovo.com to obtain return authorization. Returns without authorization will not be accepted.

2 Include your order number and proof of purchase inside the return package.

3 Use a trackable shipping method; we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

4 If your order included a promotional gift, it must also be returned. Otherwise, its value will be deducted from your refund.


💳 Refund Policy

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and notify you of the refund status.

- If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 1–14 business days (processing time may vary depending on your bank).

- Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to product defects.


❌ Order Cancellation

- You may cancel your order before it has been shipped or produced to receive a full refund.

- Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled but may be returned following the above return policy.
